Elgin Golf Courses Open For The Season Friday, March 16
Spring, and a young man’s fancy turns to thoughts of … golf.
The city of Elgin is opening its golf courses Friday, March 16. Hours of operation are from 8 a.m. through dusk, weather permitting.
Season passes and memberships are available for purchase at Bowes Creek Country Club and The Highlands of Elgin. Tee times can be made online or by calling the golf courses directly:

Additional Information
Due to the ground conditions, golf carts may be restricted to the cart paths.
The practice ranges at Bowes Creek and The Highlands are open, but hitting may be restricted to the mats.
Food and beverage is available from Porter’s Pub at Bowes Creek Country Club and The Grumpy Goat Tavern at The Highlands of Elgin. Food and beverage service will be limited at Wing Park Golf Course.
