Farm Bureau’s Touch-A-Tractor Event This Weekend!

The Kane County Farm Bureau invites you and your family to Touch-A-Tractor, the annual farm-city community event, set for April 6 through April 8, 2018.

Ag Days at MooseheartKids can participate in hands-on activities, ride pedal tractors, shell corn, see farm animals and baby chicks, make their own music at the percussion string, take pictures with farm-themed backdrops, and play and sit in the seat of one of dozens of tractors. There will be a FREE Pedal Tractor Drawing for kids 8 and under – one entry per child.

Admission to Touch-A-Tractor is $5 per family or $2 per adult. Admission is free for children 18 and under. Funds will be used for college scholarships and agricultural literacy programs of the not-for-profit KCFB Foundation.

As part of our Harvest for ALL hunger relief effort, one additional entry to the FREE Pedal Tractor Drawing will be given to those who bring non-perishable food items to Touch-A- Tractor. Food items will then be donated to a local food pantry.

There will also be events such as face painting and book readings throughout the weekend.
