Photo Story: Kane Employee Night at Cougars Game
Kane County employees enjoyed a near perfect evening Thursday (July 26, 2018) at Northwestern Medicine Field.
The Cougars (50-51, 15-17 at that time) lost, 2-1, to the Beloit Snappers (52-48, 29-11), but it was a well-played game with some spectacular defense and pitching by both teams.
Kane County Human Resources Director Sylvia Wetzel threw out the ceremonial first pitch, and 39 county employees were recognized for 20 years of service during what was appropriately called “The Office Night” at the ballpark.
