Should the St. Charles library expand or renovate?
That’s one of the key questions the library will be asking the public to answer during a feedback session set for 7 p.m. Aug. 16 in the Carnegie Community Room of the library at 1 South Sixth Ave.
The St. Charles Public Library is seeking community input as it moves forward with its space planning needs. The library has hired Sheehan Nagle Hartray Architects and Kimberly Bolan and Associates to help with space planning needs to determine if the library will expand and/or renovate.
This feedback, along with information collected during its 2017 strategic planning process, will be crucial as the library moves forward in its strategic goals.
Residents of the St. Charles Library District are encouraged to attend the Community Input Session. The interactive session will be led by Kimberly Bolan & Associates alongside the library.

The feedback requested will focus on key services and programs the community would like to see in the library. Members of the public will also be able to view the results and feedback from the strategic planning process.
