County Board Chairman Shares ‘Good Government News’ Sept. 17 at City Club of Chicago Luncheon
Kane County Board Chairman Chris Lauzen will be the featured speaker at the Monday, Sept. 17, City Club of Chicago Luncheon, where he will share “some good government news from the Fox Valley.”
Lauzen, who was elected Kane County Board chairman in 2012 after serving 20 years in the Illinois Senate, will speak at the noon luncheon at Maggiano’s, 111 W. Grand Ave., Chicago.
The speaker series is presented by the City Club of Chicago, whose mission is provide a forum for the discussion of civic and public affairs in Chicago, the metropolitan area and the state of Illinois. Founded in 1903, it is the longest-running civic forum in Chicago.
This is not a political fundraising event.
Seating is limited. The cost is $35 for City Club members and guests, $50 for non-members.
