16th Circuit Judges Select Finalists for Associate Judge

The circuit judges of the 16th Judicial Circuit have selected two finalists, out of a field of 25, for the position for associate judge. The two finalists are Bradley David and Julia Yetter.

David was admitted to the practice of law in November 2003. He began his career as an assistant states attorney in November 2003.

He then became an associate with the Law firm of David and Associates in West Dundee and Carpentersville. He became the owner of the firm in January of 2011.

David received his undergraduate degree at the University of Illinois in Economics in 2000. He received his law degree from Northern Illinois University.

Yetter was admitted to the Bar in November 1996. She began her legal career working in the Cook County Public Guardian’s Office in Chicago.

She then worked as an associate in the Law Offices of Marc Wolf and Associates in Woodridge before moving to the DuPage County Public Defender’s Office in October 2000.

In 2007 she began working as an assistant in the Kane County Public Defender’s Office in July of 2007, where she still practices today.

Yetter received her undergraduate degree at West Liberty State in West Virginia and received her law degree from the University of Dayton in Ohio.

The final vote is expected to take place during the last week of December.
