The city of Batavia has announced its hours for accepted nominating petitions for the April 2019 elections.

Batavia City Clerk Ellen Poslednif said petitions for elected city positions may be filed at Batavia City Hall at specific times during the work week from Monday, Dec. 10, through Monday, Dec. 17.

The filing times are as follows:

• 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 10
• 8 a.m. to noon Tuesday, Dec. 11
• noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12
• 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Dec. 14
• 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Dec. 17
