Kane County is closing electronics recycling drop-off locations for two days this week due to the extreme weather.
Both drop-off sites, at 517 E. Fabyan Parkway in Batavia and at the West Dundee Public Works at 900 Angle Tarn in West Dundee, will be closed for business on Wednesday, Jan. 30, and Thursday, Jan. 31.
“We apologize for any inconvenience, and plan to reopen on Friday, Feb. 1, for regular business hours,” Kane County Recycling Coordinator Jennifer Jarland said in a Monday news release.
