“Not all heroes wear capes, but all of these heroes wear Aurora police officer badges!”

That’s the start of a post from the city of Aurora, which has now shared the names and images of the six offers who were injured in response to the Feb. 15 mass shooting at the Henry Pratt warehouse.

The last of the injured officers was released from the hospital on Thursday.

“We want to introduce you to the brave police officers who were injured during the shooting incident on Feb. 15 at the Henry Pratt facility,” the Aurora Police Department said via Facebook. “We are so grateful for their continued recovery and wish for their speedy return to service.”

Aurora Police Officers John Cebulski, Marco Gomez, Adam Miller, Reynaldo Rivera and James Zegar were shot and hospitalized, and Officer Diego Avila was treated for a knee injury sustained at the scene.

Cebulski has worked for Aurora for more than 30 years, Gomez for almost 14 years, Miller for four years, Rivera for 24 years, Zegar for 26 years and Avila for more than two years.

Officials also expressed gratitude to the families of the officers.

“We know that the sacrifice of public service extends to law enforcement families and loved ones, and we remain ever-thankful for you, especially during our most trying times,” the Facebook post said.
