POW! Cocoa And Cutie Are a Pair With Individual Personalities

They came in together, two black cats from the same household, surrendered due to the owner moving into an apartment that does not allow pets.
Together they make up a family, one for all and all for one. Two cats against a cold, cruel world that forces animal owners to abandon their pets when going through a life change.
Cocoa
Meet Coco and Cutie, a 1-year-old and a 2-year-old respectively, black, domestic shorthair with personalities that may not excite the wildlife around your house, but will make for some very quiet evenings at home.
Coco is very sweet and loves a good petting session. However, she doesn’t get along very well with other cats, other than her former housemate, Cutie.
Cutie
Cutie, on the other hand, is an extremely friendly girl that loves getting attention. Tiny and petite, Cutie doesn’t let other cats bother her as they do her sister, but she seems to enjoy Coco’s company over other felines.
We are not recommending that these girls get adopted together, since Cutie seems to love her sister more than Coco loves her. However, both of these young girls have their own individual personalities that will meld very nicely into separate homes with no other cats.

Baby
Congratulations to Baby, the 10-month old Labrador retriever with the energy level of the Cirque du Soleil. Her new forever family is all about getting Baby trained to learn basic commands so she can enjoy her new surroundings.
Back flips notwithstanding, we are so happy for you, Baby. Nobody is going to put you in a corner!
How to Adopt
All Kane County Animal Control adoptable cats and dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up-to-date on all vaccines, including rabies. They are tested for feline leukemia/FIV and heartworm.
The adoption fee is $200 for dogs and $100 for cats. Adoption of two dogs is $300, and adoption of two cats is $150. The adoption fee for cockatiels is $25.

About Kane County Animal Control
It is the duty of the Animal Control Department to:
Ensure that all domesticated dogs and cats over 4 months of age are vaccinated against rabies and have a Kane County rabies tag.- Ensure that all reported animal bites are given precautionary attention in relation to the possibility rabies infection.
- Ensure that pet owners are instructed on proper procedures pertaining to animal bites and enforce adherence to these procedures.
- Contain loose\stray dogs in unincorporated Kane County and those towns and villages with whom contracted.
- Investigate nuisance dog complaints in unincorporated Kane County and those towns and villages with whom contracted.
