Kittens, kittens, who’s got kittens? KCAC!

Jay

They arrived at KCAC in the middle of June without a mama, two tiny little balls of fur in need of nutrients and a lot of love and caring from our shelter staff.

A lot goes into making sure that these small little newborn kittens get a real chance at life. Sometimes, it takes an entire village or kennel to assure a positive outcome.

And a positive outcome it certainly became, because both kittens are just adorable and healthy at all of 10 weeks old.

Take Jay, the loudest purr-er of the two. Purring above the usual decibel level of purrs is Jay’s way of making himself stand out in a crowd. Once he has your attention, he fulfills the role of rambunctious kitten, ready for anything, whether it’s time for “King of the Desk” or “Run Silent, Run Deep, Run under the File Cabinet.”

It might be time to kitten-proof your home if you think Jay is just the little guy you’ve been looking for to give your home that extra little furry bit of love.
