Help Northwestern Medicine’s Health Research Program And Get a $25 Gift Card

Northwestern University is seeking Kane County participants in an effort to speed up health research and medical breakthroughs — and you can get a $25 gift card for taking part.

The research program, called “All of Us,” is asking 1 million people to share their health data to build the largest health database of its kind.

That health data helps researchers discover how different factors, including environment, lifestyle and genes, can impact health. Researchers say the data may also help develop new medical treatments that are unique to each person.

To learn more, visit the All of Us website or call 630 938-9168.

How do I take part?

To start your journey, go to Participant.JoinAllofUs.org and:

  1. Create an account
  2. Give your consent
  3. Agree to share your electronic health records
  4. Answer health surveys
  5. Have your measurements taken (height, weight, blood pressure, etc.) and give blood and urine samples, if asked

After completing these steps, you’ll receive $25.
