Incentives Offered For Kane County Survey on Mental Health Issues
The Kane County System of Care is collecting data from youth, parents and mental health professionals to guide local change to improve mental health services.
And health officials need your help.
The group has created a HIPPA compliant database to collect information from community members. If you are a parent/caregiver with a child who has mental health concerns or a professional working with children, youth and families, the Kane County System of Care wants to hear from you.
Incentives are offered for your participation. To register in the database go to https://is.gd/KCHDsurvey and use referral code: PR1
