ROE Photo Contest Week 5: Bartlett Student Takes First In Halloween/Fall Theme Week

Welcome all to the spooky Halloween/Fall themed week of the Student Photography Contest just a day before Halloween 2019!

We totaled 171 photos this week and had to pick only 10 photos of all those submissions — a tough task to ask! Enjoy this week’s selection!

If you are a high school student or teacher who would like to submit photos for next week, please contact Matt Muntner at the Kane County Regional Office of Education.
