All are Welcome to Healthy Holiday Cooking Class at Rosary High School

$30Learn to prepare healthy holiday dishes at a cooking class at Rosary High School in Aurora on Friday, November 11, from 7 to 9 pm.
The class is hosted by Rosary’s Parents Auxiliary and will be taught by Rosary graduate Kristin Streit Gayman (’86) of My Whole Kitchen in Batavia.
Participants will prepare Stuffed Acorn Squash, Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Butternut Squash Soup, Salad & Dressings, and a Healthy Fall Dessert. They will learn how to prepare healthy, easy and tasty meals; and ways to substitute products in a recipe for a healthier version. They will sample the prepared meals and receive recipes to take home.
