The Kane County Health Department is inviting public comment on proposed changes to Chapter 11.5 Health and Sanitation of the Kane County Code.

This amendment to the Health and Sanitation Code incorporates into the Kane County Code, the new FDA Food Code adopted by Illinois.

The Health Department will be accepting public comments on the proposed changes during the comment period. Comments must be received no later than midnight on Sept. 5, 2017.
